About Me
Welcome to Inner Gardener blog—dedicated to the long journey and the quick trips that feed the soul.
For me, travel isn’t just about seeing new places; it’s about tending to your inner garden—discovering who you are, what sparks your soul, and how you want to live.
My name is Audrey—and for me, travel is medicine.

How It All Started
Enter 2007-a much younger version of me, uploading megapixels from a dial-up internet café in New Delhi. My first solo adventure began just after high school, three months in India.
Looking back now two decades, there’s one phrase that sums it up best: India was the beginning. The footing of my soul’s awakening and drive for authentic experiences, traditional medicine practices and cultural landscapes that nourish my soul.
There’s no greater feeling than meeting the version of yourself that can only be revealed through travel.
By day, I work in healthcare and on the side I write and teach on holistic health, seasonal wellness, Traditional Chinese Medicine and gut health. My real passion is the tiny narrow streets, cobble stone cafe’s, open air market aromatics, temple courtyards, hand woven textiles, and old world relics.
My Hope for Inner Gardener
My dream is for Inner Gardener to grow into a holistic travel guide platform, offering space for guest writers and travelers—like you. If you are a traveler who weaves culture, cuisine and beauty into your tapestry, let’s connect!
Thank you for making it to my little corner of the internet. I appreciate you being here.
