Best Spa’s in Koreatown
With so many hidden gems packed into this eclectic urban landscape, KoreaTown continues to grow and demand attention for its relaxing day spas . Nestled in the heart of Los Angeles, is a vibrant neighborhood pulsating with culture, cuisine, and rejuvenating spa experiences. In this blog post, we’ll explore the best spas in Koreatown that are not to be missed!

Best Spas in Koreatown
The massage therapists, reflexologists, shiatsu specialists and body scrub technicians work hard to deliver good services. I admire their stamina in such environments which is why it is important to tip them well and show respect and appreciation. Here are my top 5 places to unwind, sauna and receive bodywork.
1. Spa LA
One of my favorite ladies only spa for clean facilities and a variety of mineral rooms. Salt room, herbal dry room, steam, sauna and negative ion rooms are offered. Spa LA is the best for the price and the peace of mind it brings. Surprisingly on some days you can have the spa all to yourself or the complete opposite. Either way, the quiet rules are respected. Scrubs, massage, hot tea and Yoni-steams are offered.
2. Wi Spa
Known for 24/7 operation, diverse sauna rooms and a rooftop terrace with stunning views. Wi Spa’s round-the-clock availability sets it apart from the rest. Wi Spa is perfect for couples and families due to the large shared spaces. This is not my favorite solo day spa, but if you’re with friends, this mega-spa is a great gathering place to enjoy the co-ed spaces together. The food court offers an array of juices, soups and snacks. It’s amazing to me how many families come here together, couples and people of all backgrounds. It is truly a unique, cultural experience! For as busy as it gets, you can still find private places to relax and for the most part everyone respects the quiet spaces.
3. Olympic Spa
Large ladies spa offering herbal whirl-pools, saunas and bodywork treatments. This spa is spacious and has a clean atmosphere. Olympic Spa has a very nice kitchen serving hot pot soups and light lunches. One of my favorite things that sets Olympic Spa apart from the rest is the mugwort infused hot tubs! This herb is so good for circulation, aches and pains and overall women’s health. It’s amazing to be able to soak in this herb and feel the benefits. Olympic spa is an all women’s spa, which carries a certain elegance and cleanliness than the co-ed spas. It is such a nice experience where the amenities are tailored to women. From the mugwort hot tubs to yoni steams, Olympic Spa caters to women’s health needs.
4. Dream Bodyworks
When you find a great massage therapist, you stick with them! Get the 90 minutes deep tissue for a strong shiatsu with the addition of hot stones. Dream is a simple place, no frills or amenities, but I have had great massages here. And when I get a great massage, I continue to book with the same person. For the price, the pressure, the technique, Dream is an excellent choice for a walk in massage.
5. KoKo Foot Massage
I started coming here for reflexology but now I get the 60 minute back and leg treatments. They are always consistent and at a fair price. As mentioned above, when you find a great massage therapist, you stick with them. And tip them well! When your therapist remembers you, and knows they are getting a good tip, they will give you their best. Overall I have had good foot massages here, but there are a few providers who are really great.
Koreatown, Los Angeles offers a harmonious array of relaxation experiences. Whether you’re unwinding at a korean bath house spa or indulging in a thirty minute foot massage,–Koreatown has options for your self care. And at the price point and experience of the providers, it’s an un-matchable experience any where else in Los Angeles. Massage therapist providers in Koreatown are hardworking, have great techniques, stretches, and I promise you will leave having had some of the best massages of your life!
